No landline: had several engineers out, all of whom passed it on. A manager who "knew how to solve it and assured me it would be back on in 24 hours" but nothing. This was before lockdown.Steve Cooper is his name (BD16 area). Tried online chat, but got left there for an hour while the operator went to consult his manager- never came back. Had a letter with a text number, but all they wanted to know was the usual, address first line, a/c number etc before silence again. The usual tech support phone number is no good- everyone just passes you on. I'm 70+ and really need a landline and someone capable of sorting this to speak to me in person.
By the way, I've paid 3 months for a service I haven't had.
