No landline for 48 hours

My dad has had no landline now for 48 hours, despite numerous calls to Virgin nothing has been done. He's disabled and has an emergency lifeline, as he lives alone he is unable to call for help if needed. His neighbours are also experiencing the same problem but despite this Virgin keep saying that it might be my dad's phone. Now after another 15 minutes of going round in circles again I've given up it's back to BT as they do prioritise disabled customers.

Sorry to hear we've been having issues with your Father's landline

 

I'd like to look into this further for you, check out the purple envelope in the top right hand for me
