My Sky service transferred today to Virgin and I have no landline signal at all. I have removed the sky filter connection so not sure what else to do. Held on phone for over 60 mins to speak to someone. Fed up!
If it’s a new install it’s highly likely your phone line will now come from your hub. There should be a little white cable sticking out from the back of your hub allowing you to put your telephone wire into.
