No landline edinburgh

My gran has been left a working landline since Friday, the first appointment she can get is Wednesday.  My gran is a vulnerable customer and also a fall risk.  She unable to use a mobile so we rely on her having access to a landline, am unable to speak to anyone to try and bring the appointment forward. 

Do they have a contact number for vulnerable customers?

Hi,

Can ask you quick question do you have EBUL - Emergency Back-Up Line(EBUL) fitted in your home as part of your Virgin Media installation?
I work for Virgin Media - but all opinions posted here are my own

I'm sorry to hear your Gran is having an issue with her landline, 

 

It sounds like the account isn't flagged for accessibility, as if this was the case we would be able to look at a priority fault appointment.
