I have exactly the same problem.  No matter how I attempt to report it I get stuck in an infinite loop round and rounf rhe same damned screens and questions.

All I want is a number to ring so I can get an engineer booked.

Seems Virgin are too stupid to be able to sort this trivial requirement out.
