I've noticed other people are having problem with their landlines after they were switched to fibre optic.
We never received the adapter so we've had no working landline since the switch on 22nd November. I've called and spoken to customer services twice in the last week about ordering an adapter and still no adapter! I even placed a complaint with virgin about this and as you can guess the reply was to phone customer services and order an adapter!
Could someone please tell me what to do? It's very annoying that we're paying for something that we can't even use.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
