It has been over a month since I reported this issue on the landline. Since then, 2 different appointments have already been addressed. The last engineer ran a temporary cable to the box outside which did not show any results. They left me saying that someone else would be back to sort this out - that is over 10 days ago. I'm paying for a service that we are not receiving and it is so difficult to make contact to get help. Please contact me so we can get this fixed.
Thank for your quick response. Please can this engineer have the documentation on what's been done so far. When the last engineer left, it was assumed that he would request another engineer & furnish them with what has been already done & what the diagnosis was.
