No land line , ever!!

Hi , I got set up with broadband and have neer actually had a phone work from the landline , there`s no tone at all from the handset , this was put in back in Sept 2019 , we never actually had a handset and have always got by with our mobile phones so never really been an issue but ideally we could do with this rectifying , can anybody advise?,, I have done a system check and it says no issues with line ? thanks Gary

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline. We want to do our best to understand and help with your issue. Just to clarify, do you currently have a handset plugged in now? Are the cables secure and in good condition? Also are you able to call or receive calls at all?
