For the third time in about 3 weeks I have no landline, no dial tone at all. Cannot find any number to ring to report it either as of course I have no access to 150. PLEASE HELP!

I am sorry to see that you have been having issues with no dial tone on your landline. I would recommend checking our service page here to see if this is due to any known area issues. If not, you can also sign into the service page to run a fault test.

Thankyou for your help Nathan. I have now managed to get through on mobile phone and booked technician for Monday although I am sure it is a fault on the line somewhere as previously.

As the last few times the line is now restored and I had a text saying the tech.visit was on hold as they had found an issue so that is good for now but I just wish someone would actually solve the problem and not just give a temporary fix. Thanks again for your help.
