No internal dial tone on landline

Moved to Virgin on 6th April, we requested our home landline number was transferred to virgin at the same time. The engineer suggested this would take up to 10 days.

Unfortunately there is no internal dialling tone when receiving an external call. I can however make a phone call out.

When I do call my landline, it does rings. We have a BT cordless phone, I’m not sure if that makes any difference.

The phone is plugged into the hub.

I am so sorry to hear you are having this issue with your landline! Can I ask if you are able to try a different handset at all? It could be that your current phone is not compatible with the 21CV set up! Than you.
