Hi

Virgin fibre installed just over a month ago. Landline worked when engineer installed, not changed phone now no dial tone etc. spoke to enginner today and got told I need to buy a new handset as it’s not compatible, but I explained it worked when the engineer installed… any suggestions on what to do next?
