Fir the past two weeks I’ve had no landline service. Line says ‘ no issues’. 
Reebooted, plugged and unplugged.

I am sorry you're having some issues with your landline. I'd love to help you further. 

After running some tests for you this end, please can you check that the phone is seated in the base correctly and powered on. 

Can you also confirm that that you are set up in one of the 3 ways shown below?

 

Do you also have an alternative handset you can test with?

It would also be worth going through the self care tips here 

If after checking, you still have issues, please respond to my PM and I can get a technician visit arranged for you.

Hi, can someone call me on my mobile please. My landline has been off for about 2 weeks and getting nowhere on the chats. 
(obviously I’ll send my mobile number when a technician respond )
