its Tuesday evening and still no one can get through to my landline either by mobile or their landline.
Bearing in mind the problem was happening before someone suggested I use the forum and that I phoned 150 numerous times to get help; I really am struggling now to understand why your people are not managing to put it right. After all, before one of your telephone people directed me in re-booting, I was getting calls from mobiles only. Now neither mobile or landline.
I am a pensioner who needs a working phone and I am losing patience rapidly.
Thank you for replying. As I said before, I did receive calls from other landlines (but not mobiles) until I was told to reboot. Then no longer. So it’s got worse after trying to get help.
This is a ridiculous situation and we should have been notified if it was a work issue. If it is a fault they are trying to rectify , then another 5 days on top of time already passed, it’s really not customer friendly.
I am now looking at compensation for the whole time my phoneline has been faulty. Please advise on this.
