We have had our landline for a month and it has been ok. Today we have not been able to receive any incoming calls. When anyone attempts to call us they just get 3 beeps and it disconnects.

Sorry to hear about these issues with your landline service! If you are using the broadband via Hub service, it is always worth just giving your hub a reboot to see if this resolves the issue? (If you haven't done so already!)
I will also send you a PM to confirm a few account details so we can take a closer look and offer further support, as it does not look as though there are any outages which would be affecting your service in this way.
