Over a year ago I moved my home phone while I decorated the room. Since I put it back it stopped working. Seems like the wall socket is not working as I have tried newer phones on it. I have two Easicom 1000 phones that I love and don't want to get rid of them. Virgin came and fitted a new hub with phone connection but I can dial out but not receive incoming calls. I rand 150 and was put through to an Asian call centre and I have trouble understanding their accent. Nothing has been resolved as I was cut off through the conversation 😡I need an engineer to sort this out! Any advice please? I don't want a new phone

I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with getting any incoming calls on your landline. I have checked things on my end and cannot see any reason as to why this would be the case.
