Transferred to Virgin from BT in September and the landline was not transferred for weeks. Contacted support today and they have advised the number has been added to my account, I get a ringtone when I pick up the handset and I was able to call the 150 but the phone does not ring when the number is called. 2nd line support Tested line both times called back on my mobile then advised there is nothing wrong with the landline and it must be my very new Panasonic cordless phones advising the REN number needs to be greater than 1. My BT landline has not been switched off as they state a request has not been made to them to transfer the number, when I plug the phones back into that line the incoming calls are working.
How can I get this resolved.

Sorry you've had some issues with receiving incoming calls.
I can see this was raised to 2nd line faults team and they suggested changing your handset as after running the checks, it was ringing our end.
Have you been able to try that at all?
In regards to the port, I can confirm your port request has already been completed.

Hi Alisha_B, I bought and tested new phones yesterday and no change. All the phones receive a dial tone but no incoming calls.
When I attach any of the phones to the old BT line I receive incoming calls so I strongly feel the transfer of the number has not worked.
