No incoming calls

Tuning in

Transferred land line phone to Hub3 on 9th November. Tested worked fine incoming+ outgoing calls. Phone still ok outgoing calls but dead on incoming for days have tried everything including rebooting hub. Spoke on 150 yesterday to 2 different people no help whatsoever. Tested line both times called back on my mobile more interested on security questions. In the end was told problem transferred to another department (technical) and would be contacted on mobile no. Still waiting after 24hours. Still no In coming calls today. Very poor paying for service not receiving.

I have this type of home phone issue as well. Any luck with getting your query sorted ?  Virgin Tech team said its my house phone and its REN number is too low. 😮
