been with Virgin for just over a month Installation engineer told me incoming called may take up to 48 to connect. 1 month on nothing checked online /support told to buy a certain lead & connect if you my phone & hub!!! Eerrr, I paid for phone installation have I got to Finnish the job myself sounds like it. I need an engineer to come and complete the installation or sort out my telephone number transfer from BT I don’t want to start unplugging things, help!!!
