One week after installing hub 5 the landline is not receiving incoming calls.
There is work ongoing in my area but I am unable to report the fault.
Any advice?

Thank you for reaching back out, there is currently a SNR fault in your area (Signal to Noise Ratio) You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the@ 10:45.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused, picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you.
The estimated fix is 05/12/23, you can sign into your Online Account and register for updates.

Hi Paul my issue is no incoming calls on the landline and has been working great previously. I dont seem to be able to report the fault either?

With the ongoing fault which showing as effecting all 3 services, we would be unable to arrange a technician, once this has been resolved, if you are still facing the same issue, a technician can then be arranged.

Although there is an area issue, looking further into this it looks like you may have our Router in Modem Mode, if this is the case please put it back in Router mode, our Phone Via the Router will not work correctly.
