No incoming calls for a few weeks now

I've missed several vital calls from the hospital as my phone immediately cuts off any incoming calls. I can still make outward calls fine.

I have recently been upgraded to a Hub 5 and 1Gig, could this be the problem?

Thanks for taking the time to create a post and sorry to hear you're having issues with receiving calls on your landline via you new hub 5.

We'd love to see how to best help out, could you please kindly advise if you get a dial tone when you pick up the handset and before calling a number out in general?
Also, do the incoming calls cut off as soon as the phone rings, after a few rings or once you pick up the call?
Moreover, to be sure did this problem come up as soon as we switched you to landline via fibre and/or as soon as the new hub was installed?
And lastly, could you tell us if performing a reboot on the hub helps clearing out the issue?

Yes, there is a dial tone when picking up. Making calls is not a problem.
The phone isn't connected to the hub, I didn't know I should ???
Incoming calls cut off without the home phone ringing, You hear no rings when calling, just cuts off.
A reboot of the hub didn't help

Thanks for providing a further update on this. If you're still connected to the wall socket, and there's a dial tone, then a Hub reboot will not help - apologies about that.
