No home phone

B90 area, power cut yesterday, no phone line, everything else okay. Elderly parents have a wrist band but cannot use, keep getting loud messages from that service to check phone, Virgin online say problem now solved, we have no dial tone and ring line no ring out. Virgin cut you off when phone says stay on for emergency which it is if anything happens to my folks they cannot contact anyone which is why we pay for the wrist bands. Website just sends you round and round in circles and cannot book anyone to come out. If anything does happen to folks and they cannot phone or use wrist band Virgin wait for big law suit

Exactly the same here b90 area . Says fixed but it bloody isnt , my 87 year old mother has been without a phone for 2 days now and it is completely unacceptable . Sort virgin NOW .

Can we please confirm if you've been able to try an alternative handset plugged into the wall socket? 

 

We can't see any known area faults on our side which may be causing this.
