Our phone line has no dial tone. I’ve tried to find a place on the website to register a fault but I just seem to get sent round and round various self help guides.
Can anyone from VM help?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your landline. Can I ask if you have tried another phone on the line at all?
Is the phone connected at a main socket or extension? How many other pieces of equipment are connected here?
