Internet went down just before 12 noon, was back up 40 minutes later but since then I have had no phone connection. Cannot dial out, cannot receive calls. Tried your website, no help whatsoever ever, says no known faults. Have tried connecting another phone same problem.
I am sorry your telephone line is currently down. I know this sounds a silly question, in light of what you've already advised, but I have to check. Is your phone line connected to a standard phone socket or to your hub? It certainly sounds as though it is your hub.
