Hi we have no home phone and no TV picture , when we do a status check they know about the TV but when running diag no fault found. just lots of crackle and hiss and intermittent dial tone we don't have another phone to try.
Ring the 150 on a virgin mobile and office is closed for covid use online which says page not found or just found the same test which says nothing found, getting fed up now been a number of days getting slowly worse.

Looking into the account, the set top box appears to be in standby currently. The phone line doesn't appear to show any faults.
Have you been able to try an alternative HMDI cable, or HDMI port on the TV to see if this allows you to get a picture? Are you able to get a picture on the TV when using an alternative source?
In regards to the phone line, is this connected to the master socket of the phone line or it is using an extension? Are there any other pieces of equipment connected to the phone line? If so, please disconnect them and try the handset again for me please
