I have installed a replacement Hub 3 yesterday as the wifi service was shocking and Advisor thought an antenna might be damaged. Since installing the Hub my home phone no longer works. There is no dial tone and can't phone in or out. Hub has been restored to factory settings, rebooted and turned on and off. Phone lines have been plugged in and unplugged. My phone was working the previous day before replacing the hub. Spoke to Virgin and an engineer will call out. Not exactly what i want. Any suggestions.
If the team have advised that an engineer visit is needed, then there would be nothing else that could be done to resolve your issue with the phone line. The engineer will try to resolve the problem at the street cabinet or at your omnibox and will only enter your premises if they cant fix the issue externally.
