Hi
So, I received my VM package a month ago and I had to get the engineer to set it up. Upon inspection, he told me the house doesn't have a fiber cable running through. Some of the neighbors do have VM services. Since this is a separate building and there's a grocery store down below, he said they've to find a way to get the cable through to my apartment and it might involve digging up the pavement if needed. What are the odds of that happening?
It's been over 3 weeks since the visit, I haven't heard from them yet. I'm just wondering if I'll be able to get a fibre connection to my apartment at all

Hello kishore94
It's disappointing to hear of the delays in getting the services installed due to the cabling problem. We appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
When did you last speak to the team in regards to this? What did they advise? From what you have advised we would need to speak to your local authority to get permission to carry out some of the work required. This can take some time as you can appreciate when dealing with a third party.
If you can let us know what you have been advised we will help as much as we can.

Sorry for getting back late. I was just told to wait by one of the support staff when I called them. They said they would get another technician to come and visit the place and then see what happens. So far, no one has come and I've already paid my bill even though I've no broadband connection.

Hello kishore94
Thanks for replying.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
Regards
