Help please. Called 3March to report fault with phone .Phone was removed from wall socket and connected to the hub on March18th Engineer said it would take up to 36 Hours to be operational. Phone hasn't worked since beginning of March. Husband has COPD and it's vital family can keep in touch. I was able to use messaging this morning at 10:40 and told to wait for cable team to contact me via message page but that page has disappeared now and really need this sorted out please.
