I have been with VM for almost a month and my home phone hasn't worked from day 1.
It's says 'no line'. I have called numerous times and used their message system but it is hugely frustrating - if you don't happen to be online when they pick the message up, you go right back to the beginning and the times I have managed to connect, they've given something to try ie reboot then I go to the back of the queue. I've turned to this forum in the hope I might get a response.
I need my phone for work so will need to cancel if I can't get a sensible conversation within the next few days - my patience has worn thin
I'm sorry to hear that you've got no dial tone on your landline and that you've been unable to speak to an agent to get it resolved. I've found your details using the information we have on here and can see that an engineer has visited since you last posted to take a look at it. Is it working for you now?
