I've no dialling tone on my landline. All connections have been checked and service status is 'inconclusive', when dialling in from a mobile it states it is not possible to connect the call.

Sorry to hear of the landline issues. I've had a colleague refresh the line from here, is the dialling tone fixed now?

Hi, there is still no dialling tone, when people try phoning in they gat the engaged tone.
I’ve checked the phones and the issue is not with them.
