I have no dialling tone on my home landline. I checked status and gone through the recommended checks. I've also tried a different phone, but same results.
I've seen on here that when this happens, it needs an engineer visit, but can't book that online, and calling leaves me on hold for over 20 minutes, and nothing.
Virgin, what's happened to you? You used to be so reliable!

I'm afraid we are no further forward, the problem still exists. Sorry to say, but the team, as you call them, has been completely unresponsive. We have had no help at all.
Please can you book an engineer to visit us ASAP and fix this issue?
