No dialling tone on home phone

No dialling tone since yesterday. Service status OK, online test negative for faults and Virgin's suggested things to try do not solve this. Any ideas?

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and can see an engineer is required.

 

You can view the time and date of your appointment via your online account here
