Fine yesterday, this morning no dialling tone and cannot receive calls either. Just get a ticking sound every few seconds. If I call from my mobile number doesn't ring. Unplugged from socket and tried another handset with same result so not the phone. In BH12 area. Service checker only shows a TV error in area.

I'm pretty sure it's because they've switched to VoIP.

I am sorry that your landline is not working.
I have checked and there is currently an outage in the area, the estimated fixture time is showing as the end of today's date, but this is subject to change. You should be able to check for updates on our service checker or by calling 08005610061.
