No dialling tone after switchover

Just switched to fibre phone. Everything works but I have no dialling tone. My phone is a BT8500 digital cordless

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline after your fibre switchover, have you tried to reboot your hub, to see if this can resolve your issues?

Are you plugged into the hub using the phone adaptor that was sent out to you in the post?

Are you able to call the line from a mobile or other landline?

Hi Steve_L. Yes I have rebooted, used the adaptor  and called this phone from a mobile.

As stated everythiing works just no dialling tone.
