No dialling tone after switchover

Just switched to fibre phone. Everything works but I have no dialling tone. My phone is a BT8500 digital cordless

All set up correctly thank you Vikki. Still no tone when handset is picked up.

Thanks for coming back to us. Can you confirm please that your phone is connected via adapter or direct, to the telephone port one on the router?

As stated at the beginning of this thread I have been switched over and my phone is going through the supplied adapter into the top port of my Hub 3 router. 


Has this been the case since the service was migrated dookee? Is there an alternate handset you can try to see if it is a handset issue?
