No dialing tone

Joined Virgin this month with both broadband and home phone. Broadband up and running and phone was due to be connected 24/08/2020 but had nothing about it from customer services. Can someone help as I am getting nothing now on my home phone.

thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with your new phone line, can I ask is this a number port or just an install?
