had no dialling tone in the PO9 area for the last 24hrs. Just checked online and no reported outages. I've no issues with my Broadband and not checked TV, although according to site, there are some local issues.

Hi @GBizzle thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear you've got no services on your landline at the moment.
I've ran some checks for you, and as things stand there are no identified area faults for landline.
This could obviously change soon if there are multiple impacted users, but for now as a duty of care I will need to arrange a technician to come out to you - if it is raised as an area fault though, the visit to your property will be cancelled.
