No dial tone

Hi I’ve just installed a new house phone and I don’t have a dial tone. It’s fully charged and I’ve checked all the wires a number of times and plugged it into both phone line boxes and still nothing.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear after installing a new phone you do not have a dial tone, is the phone plugged into the wall socket or the Router?

Have you received an adaptor for our Landline switchover, all lines are being changed over?
