No dial tone

We have followed the instructions and plugged our homophone in which is a Panasonic model KX-TG8011E with three phones on it. The phones are working but we can't get a dial tone to ring out.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your landline set up from our Home Phone Switchover.

Have you made sure that your new landline connection is set up correctly? You can take a look at our Install Fibre Network page for more information on how to do this.

Are you connecting your landline to the Hub with our Landline Adaptor? Please take a look and check your connections. I'll be more than happy to assist further if you need more help. 😊
