Morning went to use the phone his morning and the line was dead, my phone plugs directly into wall and is working correctly. The service status says no known problem, however it is not working, it is really really frosty, no clue if this might be an issue to the cables? please can someone test the line?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line.
Thank you for checking the handset already, I've had a look at things from our side and it does look like an engineer is needed.
