I just want to report a fault with my landline. How hard can that be? Well welcome to Virgin Media.
I have had no dial tone for at least two days. Checked with another handset. Still no tone. Online tests pass. The online fault procedure puts you in a loop between 'can't receive calls' and 'fix your landline'.
I just want to report the fault. I didn't want to join a poxy forum to do it.

I have arranged for the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
