No dial tone

No dialing tone on home phone for days now.  Not possible to ring Virgin, no way of logging fault within my account area and the "Run check" link is still broken, so in desperation posted on Virgin Facebook page - and was told by them to post on here to draw their attention to the problem.  Seems a somewhat ridiculous way to deal with it but Virgin please respond and sort my phone line

5 days now without dial tone, not able to make or receive calls.  Come on Virgin, can you sort this out please!!!
