Today 18 Jan 2021 there is no dial tone on our virgin landline. The people next door have the same problem. Area 26. West End, Surrey.
Trying to make meaningful contact with virgin is futile.
Broadband appears OK for TV although had a problem last night connecting when switched on. All equipment reset.
Did the online status test which showed results inconclusive.
Anybody know how to contact virgin/fix?

Terribly sorry to see you've been experiencing a loss of service on the landline phone.
We are aware of the issue and we're doing our level best to have this resolved as soon as possible for all effected customers
