I have no dial tone and can’t get in touch with Virginmedia. Help status suggests no phone issues in the area. I have disability & medical issues. Broadband & tv working ok. Can someone please help.

Sorry to see you've been left without a dial tone, can you tell me how long this has been effecting you for?
There doesn't currently appear to be an outage in your local area. Can you please advise me of your set up at home?
-Have you attempted an alternative handset?
-Do you have multiple pieces of equipment plugged in?
-Is your landline phone plugged into the master socket or an extension socket?
