Last few days no dial tone on my land line. Anyone else having issues, seems to be a problem elsewhere

I am sorry that you have had some issues with your landline services,
I have just taken a quick look over you account and there is currently an outage effecting your area, this is more than likely the reason you are currently having this issue.
Are you able to let me know, are your landline services connected to the hub or the traditional landline port?
Connected to the wall socket supplied by Cirgin install team.
