No dial tone

No landline since 11th November. Multiple attempts made to contact customer service and either get disconnected or never get through. All checks have been done. Please can we get an engineer ASAP as this is a serious inconvenience.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

 

My apologies for the no dial tone issue. I've ran some checks and we need to send a tech out for this and the downstream channels being out of spec. I'll PM you now the date and time
