I have had No dial tone on my phone for 3 days. I have logged in & checked the service status which is showing No fault on the phone. I have used an alternative phone & it's the same outcome. All the connections are fine.
There was an engineer 5 doors away yesterday & I asked him could he call & have a look, he said he couldn't if it wasn't logged. The job he was on was experiencing the same issue as me & he proceeded to tell me the problem was in the cabinet further up the street. I've tried contacting Virgin media for the last 2 days & can't make any contact whatsoever other than by this forum.
Can you please inform me when this is likely to be addressed.
