No dial tone

I have no dial tone. I cannot fix the problem with the online suggestions & I am asked to ring the call centre but cannot get through as it is closed due to coronavirus. I cannot book an engineer online either. Very frustrating....I need my landline!

We dont have an alternative handset to try, but the handset appears fine.

Also when someone rings our landline, the line is dead at there end. I would assume this means it's a fault with the line?
