My home phone line is not working (no dial tone). I ran a test and it appears there is a problem with the line that needs an engineer. 150 tells me I can't make an engineer booking over the telephone and that I need to do it on the website, but then the website says I need to do it over the phone. Can anyone help and arrange for an engineer?
No appointment has shown up yet. There is a red box which says 'your upcoming engineer appointment' but when I click on the 'your appointments' button it says I have no appointments booked. Please advise.
