No dial tone

Hi

was wondering if anyone can help as can't use house phone to call as there is no dial tone.

Have run through all tests and checked all connections all fine. Have tried a different landline phone and that didn't make a difference.

The line sounds like there is a crackle, but cannot dial out as no dial tone.

Can you confirm for me, Is your landline connected in the traditional socket or via the router (21sv)

I have looked into this and it is advised that we book a tech to come and visit, I have gone ahead and booked the next available appointment for you this is tomorrow between the hours of 12-4, If this time and date are not suitable then you can change this via your online account

Thanks for the help,

Can't be in til Wednesday due to a change in circumstances and cannot reschedule as the appointment is not appearing oon my account, any way to change it without ringing up?

I rebooked this for you, Wednesday the 14th, what time would be best for you the slots we have available are: 

 

  • 8 - 12 
  • 12-4 
  • 4-7
