I’ve had no dial tone for at least 2 days, unsure of definite time as rarely use my home phone. Have done all the tests and checked my equipment but still no joy. I’m based in Uxbridge

I've ran a check today and everything does seem fine. I do hope therefore that everything is sorted. However, should you need further help, please let me know.
Regarding the broadband, some of the levels are showing as out of spec. Please could you go round and check that all the cables are finger tight for me?
